Yes, and it’s our most common rescue. We recover access, document everything, and put your accounts in your name.
What is Cyber Shield?
A monthly subscription: monitoring, security updates, backups, and priority response. It’s the difference between an incident and a catastrophe.
What if we do not have the logins or hosting access?
More common than you would think, and usually recoverable. Registrars and hosts have ownership-recovery processes and we have walked clients through them before. Bring whatever you do have — an old invoice or just the domain name is often enough to start.
Will we lose our search rankings?
Not if the recovery is done properly. The two things that destroy rankings are extended downtime and URLs that change without redirects. We prioritise getting the site reachable, then preserve the URL structure — or map it properly if it has to change.
Do you work on sites you did not build?
That is most of this work. We take over sites built by other agencies, by freelancers who moved on, and platforms nobody has touched in years. We will tell you honestly when a site is worth repairing and when you are better off rebuilding.
My site seems fine. Do I need this?
If it’s WordPress and hasn’t been updated in months, it’s probably not fine. A one-time audit will tell you the truth either way.
