How we work with agencies
01
Scope against the solicitation
Send us the RFP, ITN or scope of work. We tell you plainly whether we can bid directly, whether we would need to come in as a subcontractor, and what the realistic cost and timeline look like.
02
Design and validate before build
A clickable prototype your stakeholders can actually click, reviewed before development starts — so the thing that gets approved is the thing that gets built.
03
Build, hand over, support
Working builds every week, not a reveal at the end. At close-out you get the code, the repositories and the accounts — full IP transfer, so the agency is never locked to a vendor.

City of Clearwater · Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce
The Clearwater Dolphin Trail — interactive maps and guided tours for inland attractions, a parked-location tracker with time reminders, geo-mapping of local businesses and in-app sharing. Live on the App Store since 2018 and still rated 4.9 by its users. The client is named here with permission.
Common questions
Have you delivered for a public-sector client before?
Yes. We built the City of Clearwater / Clearwater Chamber of Commerce visitor app — interactive maps and guided tours for inland attractions, a parked-location tracker, geo-mapping of local businesses and in-app sharing. It is written up in full on our case studies page, with the client named. We also keep a dedicated capture manager on staff, so solicitation tracking and bid pursuit are somebody’s actual job rather than an afterthought.
Can you bid on our solicitation directly?
Send us the solicitation and we will tell you straight. Depending on the vehicle and the registration it requires, we either bid directly or come in as a subcontractor to a prime. We would rather say which up front than waste your evaluation time.
What are your NAICS codes?
Ask and we will confirm the current registered codes against your specific solicitation rather than publishing a list here that may not match what you are filtering on.
How does procurement work if we are a small municipality?
Most of the county and municipal work we see falls under quote thresholds rather than a full competitive solicitation. Tell us the budget authority you are working within and we will scope to it, including whether the project can be phased across budget years.
Who owns the software when the contract ends?
The agency does. Full IP transfer, your repositories, your hosting accounts, your app store listings. No vendor lock-in and no licence that expires when the relationship does.
Do you handle accessibility requirements?
Yes. Public-sector work carries accessibility obligations that commercial work often does not, so we audit against the standards and test with assistive technology during design rather than retrofitting at the end.
Where is your team based?
Tampa, Florida — since 2017. For a Florida agency that means the same time zone, and someone who can be in the room rather than on a call from another continent.
