The challenge

Families dealing with a rare, gene-specific hearing loss diagnosis are scattered, and the clinical trials and research that could help them are hard to find and harder to follow.

What we built

A Flutter app on Supabase with per-gene communities, a feed, direct connections and chat, and trial matching that syncs nightly from ClinicalTrials.gov and alerts families when a relevant trial opens, plus events, resources and a personal journey log.
