The challenge
One marketplace had to serve three different people at once — the farmer listing produce, the customer ordering it, and the driver delivering it — while order processing, route optimization and live tracking stayed in step across all three.
What we built
Three connected apps on one platform, with consistent map integration across all of them, logistics tooling for routing and tracking, and interfaces shaped by feedback from each of the three audiences rather than designed once and imposed on everyone.
