The challenge
Salon owners struggle to hire reliable stylists and technicians. Referrals and social media are slow and inconsistent, and an empty chair costs the salon revenue every day it stays empty.
What we built
A two-sided marketplace: professional profiles with portfolios, salon discovery and job listings in one place, and built-in chat that turns a listing into a hire in minutes. Owners fill last-minute vacancies from a vetted pool of licensed professionals; professionals pick the shifts and salons they want.
